State Farm Jobs Responsibilities:

Complete all State Farm training (including CPR/First Aid) prior to first day on the job.
Check out the State Farm Parks map to see the equipment.
Make tennis court reservations and track space usage.
General customer service for State Farm Park visitors.
Keep State Farm Park visitors safe.
Enforce all state farm park policies.
Limited area pickup requirements (golf balls, clubs, etc.).
Typically, 25-35 hours per week are scheduled as a supervisor. Working hours may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Timetable requests are only considered for summer school sessions.
Caregivers must work at least 12 1/2 weeks out of a 14 1/2-week season.
Multiple supervisors must commit to working at least 20 hours per week for the final three weeks of the season.
Minimum work commitment required (supervisor to be determined).

Qualifications:

We are looking for the following candidates:

High school students who are or will be taking college or equivalent courses in the fall – priority. High school students who have completed at least a junior year of high school are also considered
Committed to a work schedule from the date of hire to the end of the summer program with no leave of absence required (tentative May 27, 2023-September 4, 2023).

Interim Human Resources Guidance Date: Leadership TBA

Interim report date: May 22

Leadership will be selected by the end date.

Initial Training/CPR Certification Data: TBD

Skills: Customer focus, accountability, relationship building, teamwork and leadership
