MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Min of 2 years previous vegetable farm management experience
- Experience with celery, spinach, green beans and lettuce preferred
- Experience working with pivots and pumps essential
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Effective verbal and communication skills
- Valid code 10 drivers license
