Job title: Agronomist

Agronomist Job Details:
Gpac is partnered with an established Ag company in Michigan to add an Agronomist to their team. This company has low turnover and a large footprint within the state of Michigan, making this position great for someone wanting to work in a large service territory. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right individual!
Agronomist Responsibilities:
- Perform soil sampling and nutrient recommendations
- Perform crop scouting and integrated pest management practices
- Individualize fertility programs for growers
- Work with the network of growers for optimal customer support and yield growth
- No sales required!
Agronomist Requirements:
- 2+ years of agronomy-related sales experience preferred
- A degree in Agronomy/Agriculture preferred or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
- CCA preferred but not required
